Run, do not walk, to your nearest HomeGoods! Every year around this time, HomeGoods sells a gorgeous line of skeleton hand cocktail glasses that sell out fast. You guys, THESE LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONES POTTERY BARN SELLS!
I have held off on purchasing because we already have a decent collection of glasses – HOWEVER – this year was the year we pulled the plug! These glasses are elegant and really elevate your barware during the Halloween season.
I picked up 4 of each – the champagne glass ($12.99), the stemless wine glass ($7.99), and the double old-fashioned glass ($7.99). For reference, Pottery Barn sells these for $29.50, $24.50, and $24.50 respectively. That is over a 50% savings! Yes please!
The quality is amazing! They have a good weight and the glass is solid. Because of the metal, you cannot put these in the dishwasher. They are hand wash only! My favorite way to wash these is with the bottle brush from Crate and Barrel.
The only real difference I noticed between HomeGoods and Pottery Barn is the fact that the ones from HG look slightly more patina. Personally, I love it!
This makes me excited to make chili, pour up some wine and watch a scary movie in my Halloween pajamas hehe.
I have also spotted these at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls so keep your eyes peeled! It may be worth asking your store when they receive shipment since these typically fly off the shelves! If you’re in the McLean, VA area – our HG’s receives shipments every Sunday and Thursday :).
