Guacamole

The BEST guac you have ever tasted!

Servings 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados ripe
  • 1/4 large red onion diced
  • 1 medium roma tomato diced (or 7 cherry tomatoes diced)
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 TSP himilayan salt
  • 1/2 TSP fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1.5 TBS cumin
  • 1 lime squeezed

Instructions

  1. Add avocados to a molcajete or bowl and lightly mash to desired texture

  2. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and lime to avocado and mix

  3. Fold in onion, tomatoes, and cilantro to avocado mix

  4. Taste for seasoning (i.e. add salt, pepper, or cumin) and garnish with extra cilantro

  5. Serve immediately and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge
